since we cannot support mp3 at the moment, I request flac support since that is uncompressed.

    FLAC is COMPRESSED and maybe worse regarding CPU and memory resources.

    It seems, that you got confused regarding COMPRESSED and LOSSLESS. FLAC is a “compressed lossless audio codec”.

      Yeah, I’m old and getting senile. I did get confused.

      So what is a decent music codec that could play under GEOS? Is Wav the only one?
